How do I track the status of my order?

Click on the blue check mark avatar to access your account.
Go to the “Your Orders” section.
Click on “View your order details” for more information.
You can return items after receipt or download your invoice.

What should I do if I can't pick up my order at a collection point?
When your order is delivered to the collection point you have selected, it will remain available there for 7 working days following delivery.
If for any reason you are unable to reach the collection point within this time limit, please note that your package will be automatically returned to the sender and put back into stock.
Once your package is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the amount of your order. Please note that in this case, no reshipment will be possible.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
Changing or canceling an order in progress is not possible. However, you can refuse the package upon delivery. In this case, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned package.
