What should I do if I can't pick up my order at a collection point?

When your order is delivered to the collection point you have selected, it will remain available there for 7 working days following delivery.

If for any reason you are unable to reach the collection point within this time limit, please note that your package will be automatically returned to the sender and put back into stock.

Once your package is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the amount of your order. Please note that in this case, no reshipment will be possible.

 

How do I modify or cancel my order?

Changing or canceling an order in progress is not possible. However, you can refuse the package upon delivery. In this case, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned package.

Please review the purchasing precautions before ordering.

2. Minor scratches may occur during the printing process of the products.

3. The figures are not arranged in any particular order.

4. An odor may be noticeable upon opening due to the nature of the material and processing of the product. This is temporary and will disappear after a while.

5. Please remove the protective film on both sides of the acrylic stand before assembly.

6. Assembling without removing the protective film may cause damage.
In case of damage caused by the customer's negligence, no exchange,
refund or return will not be possible.

7. Slight stains, marks, scratches or dents that may appear during the manufacturing process are not considered defects.

8. The sheet (backing paper) is used to protect the item.

9. The background paper may be scratched or marked during packaging and transportation.

10. The OPP bag is used as packaging material to protect the product; tears may occur during transportation.

11. When exchanging or returning, all items must be returned. In case of missing items, a return
additional shipping costs may be required (additional shipping costs will be at the
customer's responsibility).

12. All barcodes are scanned before shipping to prevent any product loss or omission. We will

How to edit an invoice?

Your invoice is available in your customer account, under "My orders".

The download icon is only available when your order is in "Shipped" status.

If you have not created a customer account, we invite you to fill in the
information about your order on the "Order Tracking" page. Your invoice will be available for printing there.

Return & Refund

1. What are the return conditions?

The following conditions must be met:

  • The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns will be refused if the item is damaged, used, soiled or if its packaging is open or damaged, during the unsaleable period.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any return request.

Special cases:

For hardback books, no refund will be possible if the packaging has been opened or removed.

If event goodies were provided with a hardcover book, they must
