4. Customers can choose the shipping method that best suits their situation at checkout.
5. In the event that the package is subject to significant damage (i.e., damage to the goods caused by transport and visible upon delivery), claims must be made within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery (excluding public holidays). After this period, J.MEESHOPEU (Delitoon) will not be able to consider the claim for compensation.
6. If a package is returned to us (J.meeshop_eu) for any reason (e.g., not picked up or rejected by the recipient), J.meeshop_eu will provide additional services to avoid losing the package, including retrieving the package, creating a new shipping label, processing, and reshipping the package. In this case, J.meeshop_eu will charge you for the "return" shipping operation and all return shipping fees per package.
