Refund policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, unopened.
Returns are only accepted outside of promotional periods.


The following conditions must be met:
The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Returns will be refused if the item is damaged, used, soiled, or if the packaging is opened or damaged, rendering the item unsellable.
The receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.


Special cases:

For hardcover books, no refund will be given if the packaging has been opened or removed.

If promotional items were provided with a hardcover book, they must also be returned to obtain a refund.
In the event of a customer requesting an exchange, a refund will be made if the requested product is no longer in stock.


Please note:
If the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

What is the procedure for returning an order?
1. Return by post
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to print your return label and return one or more items to us at your expense (excluding promotional periods).

To declare your return, go to our website www.jmeeshopeu.com and access your “My account” area, then “My orders.” If you do not have a customer account, you can declare your return by going to the “Track my order” section. You will then be asked to enter your order number and email address.
Once you are on the order management page, you can declare your return, then follow the procedure for sending the package on the carrier's website.

Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your package at our warehouse. Once your order has been processed by our teams, you will be refunded within 2 to 7 working days.


2. Return to store
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your items to the J.meeshop_eu Paris store at the following address: 64, Rue Notre Dame de Nazareth, 75003 Paris France.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.


Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous products, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.


14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
