An odor may be noticeable upon opening due to the nature of the material and processing of the product. This is temporary and will disappear after some time.

Please remove the protective film from both sides of the acrylic stand before assembly.

Assembling without removing the protective film may result in damage. In the event of damage caused by customer negligence, no exchange, refund, or return will be possible.

Slight stains, marks, scratches or dents that may appear during the manufacturing process are not considered defects.

The sheet (backing paper) is used to protect the item.

The background paper may be scratched or marked during packaging and transportation.

The OPP bag serves as packaging material to protect the product; tears may occur during transportation.

When exchanging or returning an item, all items must be returned. If items are missing, a replacement item may be required (additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility).

All barcodes are scanned prior to shipping to prevent product loss or omission. We recommend recording a video of the package being opened to facilitate the verification process in case of return or exchange.

Customers can choose the delivery method that best suits their situation when confirming the order.
If a package is returned to us (J.meeshop_eu), for any reason whatsoever (including, package not collected or refused by the recipient), J.meeshop_eu will be required to provide additional services to ensure the package is not lost, including recovering the package, issuing a new shipping label, processing and re-routing the package. In this context, J.meeshop_eu will invoice you for the "return" transport operation and all return costs per package.
We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original, unopened packaging.
Returns are accepted only outside of promotional periods.
The following conditions must be met:
- The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Returns will be refused if the item is damaged, used, soiled or if its packaging is open or damaged, making the item unsaleable.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any return request.
Special cases:
For hardback books, no refund will be possible if the packaging has been opened or removed.
If event goodies were included with a hardcover book, they must also be returned for a refund.
In the event of an exchange request by the customer, a refund will be made if the requested product is no longer in stock.
Please note:
If the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
